Jasiah Jamier Johnson

Jasiah Jamier Johnson, 5, of Berwick, passed away Monday, May 8, 2023 in Philadelphia, with his loving family at his side.  Born in Bloomsburg on December 30, 2017, he was a son to Samantha Christman and Jermel Johnson.

Jasiah was a boy full of wonder and curiosity.  He loved asking questions and engaging in conversations that revealed a wisdom beyond his years.  He also enjoyed bicycling, break dancing, music, anything involving superheroes, and snuggling.  Jasiah loved spending time with his family, by whom he will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, Jasiah is survived by his siblings:  Makalum Girton, Elijah Medina, Marcello Christman, Jaecion Johnson, Gianna Johnson, Sariyah Johnson, and Janiyah Johnson; grandparents:  Helena and Eric Ruzicka of Berwick and Jeanette and Mitchell Starkey of Easton, MD; step-mother Kayla Johnson,  and a large extended family.

All are welcome to join Jasiah’s family for his funeral at 6 PM Saturday, May 13, 2023 at the Kelchner, McMichael & Readler Funeral Home, Inc., 119-121 E.
