Aiden Michael James Daubert, 6, of Berwick, passed away Friday August 5, 2022 in Nescopeck. Born in Berwick on November 2, 2015, he was a son to Brittany Marie McLaughlin and the late Anthony Daubert.
Aiden attended West Berwick Elementary School, where he would have started 1st grade in the fall. He played in the Berwick Youth Football League and the Berwick Area Little League, playing on the May’s Family Restaurant and Walker’s Jewelers T-Ball teams, and was a member of Cub Scout Pack 88. Aiden loved NASCAR racing and professional wrestling, as well as spending time with his family. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and was an example of what a big brother should be.
In addition to his mother, Aiden is survived by his siblings: Nathaniel, Julian, and Everett Daubert and Grayson Houtz; maternal grandparents: William and Mary McLaughlin; paternal grandparents: Rebecca and Harold Baker, Richard Spaid, and Megan Spaid; maternal great-grandparents: Robert and Jean Romanelli of Freeland, and Elizabeth McLaughlin of Lincoln University; paternal great-grandmother, Libby Babb; aunts and uncles: Shawn and Stephanie McLaughlin of Mountain Top, Lauren McLaughlin and fiancé, Chase Ridall, Megan McLaughlin, William “Billy” McLaughlin, Felicia Foster, Jacqueline Baker, Danielle Baker, and Christian Baker; and cousins: Giana McLaughlin, Creed Ridall, Colson Sitler, and Kaydence Bobersky, as well as a large extended family.
Accompanying Aiden into the arms of his savior were cousins: Ariana and Bradley Trout; aunt, Star Baker; uncle, Dale Baker; and great-grandfather, David Daubert, Sr.
In addition to his father, Aiden was preceded in death by great-grandfather, William McLaughlin; great-grandmother, Susan Daubert; and cousin, Everleigh McLaughlin.
All are invited to join Aiden’s family for his funeral service 11 AM Monday, August 15. 2022 at Immaculate Conception BVM Church (St. Mary’s), 1730 Fowler Avenue, Berwick. Reverend William T. Barbee will officiate. Friends will be received from 9 AM until the time of the service. In keeping with Aiden’s bright and sunny personality, his family requests attendees wear colorful attire in celebration of his life. Interment at Pine Grove Cemetery Annex, Walnut Street will follow.
