Theresa A. (Diltz) Beck

Theresa A. (Diltz) Beck, 77, of Berwick, died Monday, July 13th, 2020 at her home.

Born November 18, 1942 in Berwick, she was a daughter of the late Clayton and Josephine (DeFelice) Diltz.  She married the love of her life, Richard L. Beck, on April 26, 1961.

Mrs. Beck was a 1960 graduate of the former Scott High School.  She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Berwick.

Her hobbies included playing bingo, going to the casinos, trips to Canada, yard sales, dancing, but most importantly, spending time with her family, especially her grandsons and great grandchildren.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, Richard, are a son, Layne Beck and his wife, Sandy, of Berwick; two grandsons:  Shane Beck and Randy Beck and his wife, Felicia, all of Berwick; three great grandchildren:  Emily, Kylie and Bryson; three sisters:  Barbara Ulanoski, of Florida; Mary Ann Badolato, Berwick; Carla Lewis, of Berwick; two step sisters:  Irene Yost, and Kae Ward, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Tab Beck; her stepmother, Fern Diltz and a brother, Edward Clayton Diltz.

Private Viewing and Funeral Services will be held at the Kelchner, McMichael & Readler Funeral Home, Inc., 119-121 East Third Street, Berwick with Rev. Chad Hebrink, Grace Lutheran Church of Berwick, officiating.   Burial will be in the Rose Lawn Cemetery, Berwick.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Beyond Violence, 212 W. Eleventh Street, Berwick, PA 18603.
