Today, our hearts are broken as we all mourn the loss of our beloved Tashanna, “Shawn”. Her bright light and big heart left us too soon, but we will remember her warmth, love, and generosity. She was a mother figure to many growing up and a big sister to others. After months of treatments, anxiety, pain, and occasional moments of hope, it came down to the brutal truth that her body could no longer carry on. Her battle with cancer was tough and she was a warrior and put up a fight. Tashanna, we all love you very much.
