Ruth E. (Beck) Clark

Ruth Elizabeth Clark, age 102, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother and friend to many, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. She was a daughter to the late Andrew and Anna (Ertwine) Beck. Ruth was a graduate of Berwick High School. She was married to the late Howard E. Clark for 52 years until his passing on May 8, 1993. Ruth was a talented seamstress who was well known for her tailoring skills and operated her business from her home until recent years. A member of Good Shephard Lutheran Church, she loved playing Pinochle weekly and going to lunch with friends and eating ice cream daily with good neighbors, Joan and Rich Wilczynski. Surviving are her children: Darilyn Dolimpio and husband James of Venice, FL, Dale Clark and wife June of Havre de Grace, MD, Bette Thomas and husband Steve of Kannapolis, NC, six grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and sister Ida Hunsinger of Berwick. As a consequence of current pandemic restrictions, Ruth's interment at Rose Lawn Cemetery will be private. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
