Richard Allan Mchugh

Richard Allan “Rick” McHugh, 67, of Panama City Beach, FL, and previously of Berwick, passed away July 13, 2025 in Panama City.  Born in Taylor, PA on August 14, 1957, he was a son to the late William J. McHugh and Alberta R. (Sierocki) McHugh.

Mr. McHugh was a graduate of Berwick High School, Class of 1975, and continued his education at Williamsport Area Community College, graduating in 1977 with a degree in broadcasting.  Rick loved sports of all kinds.  He also enjoyed cooking.

In addition to his mother, Rick is survived by his brothers: William McHugh and wife, Carmen, of Stony Point, NY, David McHugh of Berwick, and Leon McHugh and wife, Cindy, of Numidia; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
