Pamela Jean (McCoy) Boyer, 51 of Berwick, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, August 9, 2015 at her home. She was born August 23, 1963 in San Francisco, California, a daughter to Corrine (Fish) Matash and the late James McCoy. She lived her life proudly as a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, poetry, gardening, fishing, camping, and spoiling her grandchildren. She was a member of the American Ukranian Citizens Club of Berwick. Pamela lived every day through love and in love with so many cherished family members and friends. Surviving Pamela are her loving husband of 34 years, Walter Boyer, son, Robert Boyer of Berwick, daughter, Julia Remphrey and her husband, Corey of Berwick, six grandchildren: Rebecca, Anneliese, Greyson, Lyric, Myrna, and Dresden, three brothers: John McCoy of Berwick, Mike McCoy and his wife, Donna of Berwick, and Jim McCoy and his wife, Kait of Virginia, two sisters: Lee Yost and her husband, Fred of Bloomsburg and Kimberly McGaw and her husband, Tom of Bloomsburg, mother, Corrine Matash and step-father, Dave Matash of Berwick. As well as her father, she also was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Patrick Boyer. Visitation is 4:00-5:00 PM Thursday, August 13 at the Kelchner-McMichael-Baker Funeral Home, 119-121 East Third Street, Berwick.
