Nancy L. (Whitmire) Bloom

Nancy L. (Whitmire) Bloom, 88, of Berwick, passed away peacefully and with her family at her side Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.  Born in Berwick on December 20, 1935, she was a daughter to the late Clyde K. and Alice Arline (Harter) Whitmire.  She was a graduate of Berwick High School, Class of 1953.

Surviving Nancy are her children:  Carl A. “Cobby” Bloom, Jr., of Berwick and Beth A. Bloom and companion, Harry M. Katerman, of Benton and Hilton Head Island, SC.; grandson, Ryan Beishline and wife, Lorien, of Berwick; great-granddaughters:  Leyna and Amelia Beishline; and sisters:  Jackie Keck and Janice Owens.
