Najee "Nia" Harvey

Najee (Nia) Harvey, 32, of Berwick, tragically lost her life Friday, October 10, 2025, succumbing to injuries suffered in an automobile accident on Route 254 in Millville. Born in Newark, NJ on June 21, 1993, she was a daughter to Steven Harvey and the late Dana Nicholson.

Nia was a graduate of American History High School in Newark, NJ, Class of 2011 and continued her education at Penn State University. She was employed by Columbia Child Development Program in Berwick. Nia’s greatest joy was being a parent to her children, Kiera and Kylen. Her love for her children was limitless. Though her time here was too short, Nia’s impact was profound. Her courage to live as her true self, her love for her children, and her compassionate spirit will live on in every heart she touched.

Surviving Nia are her children, Keira and Kylen; her father, Steven Harvey; stepmother, Doreen Harvey; beloved grandmother, Dorothy Harvey; brothers: Nadir Bethea, Tajh, Tyree, Sabre, and Romello Harvey; her sisters: Imani Butler, Sade Harvey, and Asia and Nija Adams; grandmother to her children, Patti Emery; her loving partner, Lori; and a host of aunts, uncles, relatives and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

In addition to her mother, Nia was preceded in death by Brandy Campbell, with whom she shared her children.

Nia’s memorial service is 12 Noon Saturday, October 25, 2025 at the Kelchner, McMichael & Readler Funeral Home, Inc., 119-121 E. Third Street, Berwick. Reverend Kathleen Kinney will officiate. Friends will be received from 11 AM until the time of the service at 12 Noon. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to her father’s Cash App @ $Naim079.
