Megan Elizabeth Wark

Megan Elizabeth Wark, 26, of Berwick, died at her home on Friday, July 29, 2016 following a four year battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma. She was born in Bloomsburg on March 7, 1990, a daughter to Jeffrey and Linda (Fenstemaker) Showers. Megan was a 2008 graduate of the Berwick Area High School and attended the Jolie Beauty Academy in Hazleton. She was a member of the Bethel Bible Church, Berwick, as well as the West Berwick Hose Company. As well as her parents, she is survived by her loving husband, Corey to whom she had been married for four years and dated for the previous six years. Also surviving are daughters: Natalie and Lillie of Berwick, sisters: Stacy Reibsome of Bloomsburg, Stephanie Varner of Bloomsburg, Erin Showers of Berwick, and Kristina Showers of Berwick, mother-in-law, Jeanette Wark, father-in-law, Harry Wark, both of Berwick,as well as several nieces and nephews. A loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, Megan will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A memorial service will be held at the Bethel Bible Church, 1940 Fairview Avenue, Berwick, PA on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Richard Thomas will serve as the celebrant. Friends may call at the church from 9:00 AM until time of the service. Interment will follow at the Pine Grove Cemetery.
