Lois J. Callaway

Lois J. Callaway, 89, of Berwick, passed away Monday, August 1, 2022 at the Gardens at Orangeville. Born in Berwick on September 20, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Selma (Belford) Callaway. A lifelong resident of Berwick, Lois was a graduate of Berwick High School and served as a secretary at the AC&F. She was active in the community, having been a long-time member of the First United Methodist Church of Berwick and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 228 Berwick. Following her retirement, Lois took on the role of devoted caregiver to her mother, a role that she cherished. Surviving Lois are her numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, whom she loved spending time with. Lois was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers: Nelson Fox and James Callaway. All are welcome to join Lois’s family for her graveside service 10 AM Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Pine Grove Cemetery Annex, Walnut Street, Berwick.
