Linda K. (Slusser) Mowery

Linda K. (Slusser) Mowery, 67, of Berwick, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Berwick.  Born in Berwick on October 22, 1954, she was a daughter to the late Larue S. and Ellen M. (Lynn) Slusser.

Linda attended Berwick Area Schools and Columbia Montour Area Vocational-Technical School.  She had been a 25-year employee of Bloomsburg Carpet, from which she retired.  Linda enjoyed sewing and crocheting and was a great cook.  She loved tending to her flowers.  A devoted wife and mother, her greatest joy was spending time with her beloved family.

Surviving Linda is her loving companion of 33 years and husband of 16 years, James A. Mowery.  Also surviving are her son, Bradley Kashner and wife, Christine, of Berwick and siblings:  Ronald Slusser of Berwick and Janet Smick and husband, Dave, of Zion Grove.
