Kevin L. Davis

Kevin L. Davis, 60, of Berwick, passed away suddenly Friday, November 24, 2023 in his home.  Born in Danville on October 8, 1963, he was a son of Loren R. Davis and the late Gloria D. (Dent) Davis.

Kevin graduated from Berwick Area High School and proudly served in the United States Navy from 1983-1987.  Kevin started his career at Wise Foods and Magee Reiter.  He then went on to enjoy a long career as a truck driver, serving mostly as an oil delivery driver.  He was well known as the communities favorite oil delivery man.  Kevin was currently employed by Webstaurant.  He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Parish.  Kevin enjoyed the outdoors; riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, hunting, and fishing.  His greatest joy was his beloved family, by whom he will be deeply missed.

In addition to his father, Kevin is survived by his wife of 25 years, Irena V. (Pastorova) Davis.  Also surviving are his children:  Kayla Davis and Martin Pastor and wife, Lindsey; grandchildren:  Luka, Milianna, and Nikaletta Pastor; siblings:  Michelle (Tom) Leiby, Harry (Sherry) Davis, Penny (John) Hess, and Kelly (Jeremy) Musselman; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his mother, Kevin was preceded in death by brothers:  Shawn Davis and Keith Davis.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 6 PM Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Parish, 721 Monroe Street, Berwick.  Reverend William T. Barbee will officiate as Celebrant.  Friends will be received from 4 PM until the time of the Mass.  His interment, with military honors, will be 10 AM, Wednesday, November 29 at Pine Grove Cemetery Annex, Walnut Street, Berwick.  The Kelchner, McMichael & Readler Funeral Home, Inc. is honored to serve the Davis family.  Online messages of comfort and support may be left at www.kelchnerfuneralhome.com.
