John A. “Ike” Eisenhauer III, 49, of Berwick, passed away suddenly Sunday, June 22, 2025. Born in Bloomsburg on October 14, 1975, he was a son to the late John A. Eisenhauer, Jr. and Mary (Dean ) Force.
Ike was a graduate of Columbia Montour Area Vocational Technical School, Class of 1994. He continued his education at Wilkes University and Luzerne County Community College. On October 18, 2003, he wed the former Crystal Klinger, with whom he would share nearly 23 years of marriage and raise their family. Ike had worked at Talen Energy (formerly PPL) for 22 years prior to recently taking a position at AWS. He also operated JJ Generators and Max’s Ice Cream Shack. He attended Berwick Assembly of God and served on the Berwick Area School District board of directors. Ike enjoyed collecting trucks and firearms, as well as playing video games. He liked fantasy football and was an avid Packers fan.
In addition to his mother, Mary Force and his step-father, Max Force, Ike is survived by his wife, Crystal (Klinger) Eisenhauer; children: Brett Eisenhauer, Abigail Eisenhauer, and Eli Eisenhauer; sister, Rhyan Smith and husband, Ryan; step-sisters: Melissa Force and Kimberly Griffith and husband, Corey; and mother-in-law Carol Klinger and husband, Dennis Cole.
Ike’s Memorial Service will be 4 PM Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the Berwick Assembly of God, 801 E 5th Street, Berwick, with Pastor Scott Winter officiating. Friends will be received from 2 PM until the time of the service. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the Ronald McDonald House of Danville, Inc., 24 Trembulak Way, Danville, PA 17822.
