Charlotte R. Bower, formerly of Berwick, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 18, 2016 at her residence in Lewisburg. She was born March 8, 1927 in Berwick, a daughter to the late Paul A. and Edna Mae (Wise) Raseley. Charlotte was a past member of the Eastern Star and a graduate of Berwick High School. She worked most of her life as a housewife. Her interests included horses, high school reunions, and traveling, especially to Longwood Gardens and flower shows. The family vacation to California was especially memorable to her. Charlotte was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by everyone who was fortunate to have known her. Surviving Charlotte are her sons: Jack R. Bower and wife, Pamela of Millville and Bradley P. Bower and wife, Carolyn of Watsontown. Also surviving are four grandchildren: Daniel P., Katherine Leigh, Jon P., and Scott W. Bower and four great-grandchildren: Hannah, Noah, Alexis, and Erin. As well as her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack G. Bower in 2013. Services are private, at the convenience of the family.
