Charles E. "Chuck" Hess

Charles E. “Chuck” Hess, 58, of Berwick, passed away suddenly Saturday, November 26, 2022.  Born in Danville on June 19, 1964, he was the son of Ted G. Hess and the late Arabelle (Rupert) Hess.

Chuck was a graduate of Berwick High School, Class of 1982.  He had enjoyed a long career as a carpenter, having worked at Mariano Construction, Complete Construction, and most recently, Modular Steel Systems.  Chuck was a social member of Berwick VFW Post 821.  He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing.

In addition to his father, Chuck is survived by his children:  Clayton Hess and wife, Mary, of Berwick and Natalie Camacho and husband, Rayniel, of Berwick; grandchildren:  Rylee Pearse, Evelyn Vargas, and Milo Camacho; and siblings:  Linda Hess, Cheryl Yohey, and Ruth Yoder.

Chuck was preceded in death by his mother, Arabelle (Rupert) Hess, who passed away October 9, 2010.

Chuck’s family will host a Celebration of Life 2:30 PM on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Berwick VFW Post 821, 1408 W.
