Beverly E. (Wagner) Seybert

Beverly E. Seybert, 86, of Berwick, passed away peacefully in her home Tuesday, February 23, 2021 with her family at her side.  Born in Berwick on June 30, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Howard L. and Mary A. (Arnold) Wagner.

Beverly was a graduate of Berwick High School, Class of 1952.  She continued her education at the Poly Clinic School of Nursing, where she received her Registered Nurse’s degree in 1955.  Beverly worked as a Registered Nurse at the Poly Clinic in Harrisburg, Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Hahneman Hospital in Philadelphia, Cooper Hospital in Camden, NJ, and finally at the Berwick Hospital Center.  She had also worked at Weis Markets in Berwick.  Beverly was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church and had previously attended the First United Church of Christ in Berwick.  She was also a member of the Red Cross.  She cherished spending time with her beloved family, by whom she will be deeply missed.

Surviving Beverly is her loving husband of 57 years, Roland B. Seybert.  Also surviving are children:  John Howard Seybert and wife, Connie, of FL, James Roland Seybert and wife, Tammy, of Danville, and Craig Allen Seybert and wife, Tiffany, of Lebanon; grandchildren:  Kristi Williams and husband, Nicholas, Kyle Seybert and wife, Cassandra, Levi Seybert, Ashley Boyer, Colton Seybert, Bailey Seybert, Kyle Boyer, and Nicholas Seybert; great-grandchildren:  Macklyn Williams, as well as a yet-to-arrive great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins

In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her brother, William Howard Wagner.

Beverly’s services are private with her pastor, Reverend Stephen Portner officiating.  Her interment will be at Elan Memorial Park in Bloomsburg.  Memorial contributions in Beverly’s name can be made to Commonwealth Hospice of Berwick, 1409 N.
