Annalee (Larish) Stout

July 26, 1944 — January 31, 2020

Annalee Stout, 75, of Berwick, passed away Friday, January 31, 2020 at the Berwick Hospital Center. Born in Berwick July 26, 1944, she was a daughter to the late Raymond and Minnie (Kishbaugh) Larish. Annalee was a graduate of Berwick High School, Class of 1962. Following graduation she worked as a secretary at the Pentagon. Later, she was a nurses aide at Berwick Hospital. Annalee was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, where she had served as a council member and was a member of the Women of the ELCA. She was a lifetime member of the Berwick Historical Society and was a corporate level sponsor of it. Analee was also a member of TOPS. She loved shopping, reading, baking, cooking, gardening, and playing cards. In her younger years, she enjoyed painting. Annalee loved animals, especially her dogs. Her greatest joy, however, was her family, by whom she will be deeply missed. Surviving Annalee is her loving husband of 55 years, George S. Stout. Also surviving are her children: George E. Stout of OH, David A. Stout of Berwick, and James R. Stout of Berwick, her twin brother Raymond E. Larish, sisters-in-law: Debora Williams of NC and Iva Stout of Shickshinny, and Joseph D. Cappelloni. In addition to her parents, Annalee was preceded in death by brothers-in-law: Earl E. Stout and Filmore A. Stout, Jr. All are welcome to join Annalee's family for her viewing 6:00-8:00 PM Monday, February 3 at the Kelchner, McMichael & Readler Funeral Home, Inc., 119-121 E. Third Street, Berwick. Her funeral will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 4 at Grace Lutheran Church, 1315 Fairview Avenue, Berwick. Her pastor, Rev. Chad A. Hebrink will officiate. Burial at Pine Grove Cemetery will follow.
