Anna Mae (Mcgraw) Lennox

Anna Mae Lennox, 81, of Berwick, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Born in Berwick June 6, 1937, she was a daughter to the late Charles and Eva (Kishbaugh) McGraw. A woman of great faith, Anna Mae was a life member of Beach Haven United Methodist Church. She will be remembered for her generous and caring nature. She had volunteered at the Berwick Retirement Village and the Beach Haven Carnival. Anna Mae enjoyed quilting, crocheting, gardening, and playing cards. She loved baking pies and Christmas cookies, nearly all of which she gave to her friends and family. Her greatest joy was her family, by whom she will be sorely missed. Surviving Anna Mae are her children: James J. Lennox and wife, Hilary Ross, of Shickshinny and Holly Creasy of Berwick, grandchildren: Jeremy Creasy and companion, Jill Karcher, and Phoebe Cutter and husband Dante Lombardo, siblings: Charles McGraw and Charlotte (McGraw) Nociasta, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, Anna Mae was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, James S. Lennox. Also preceding her were siblings: Carl McGraw and Thelma (McGraw) Jennings. All are welcome to join Anna Mae's family for her funeral 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 27 at the Kelchner-McMichael-Baker Funeral Home, 119-121 East Third Street, Berwick. Reverend Stephen Portner of Bethany United Methodist Church will officiate. Visitation will be 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, Walnut Street. Memorial contributions in Anna Mae's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1893, Memphis, TN 38101-9950 or Animal Resource Center, PO Box 439, Bloomsburg, PA 17815.
